Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team velocity.
• Remove blockers to ensure consistent sprint delivery.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and documentation.
• Coordinate team workflows using digital whiteboarding and planning tools.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Experience using Confluence.
• Hands-on use of Miro.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any field.
