Description

You will serve as Scrum Master for Agile web development teams supporting commercial operations, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments to ensure timely delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for one or more Agile teams.
• Partner with Product Owners, UX/UI, developers, and business stakeholders to align on goals and remove blockers.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, team velocity, and delivery quality.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements, including MLR review processes and data privacy.
• Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and cycle time to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in digital/web environments.
• Mandatory Scrum certification (CSM or PSM).
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience supporting web platforms, CMS (Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal), or digital marketing technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to onshore/offshore models and work with client and agency partners.
• Minimum graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Pharma Commercial Operations, including marketing, sales enablement, or patient support programs.
• Exposure to MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review workflows.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
