Description

Lead project teams in adopting agile methodologies to deliver sprint value and foster self-organization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on agile principles, story mapping, estimation, and workflow management.
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution and progress.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management, release planning, and road-mapping.
• Track and report on key metrics such as sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time.

Required Skills

• Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies and agile workflows.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to guide teams through uncertainty, risks, and complexities.
• Skill in coaching teams on self-organization and accountability.
• Ability to analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement.
