Description

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive process improvements for a logistics-focused team in El Segundo, CA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team to improve Scrum practices and overall delivery quality.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure consistent progress.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to create and prioritize user stories.
• Act as an intermediary between the team and stakeholders to align efforts with organizational goals.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and team discussions to maintain productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum Framework.
• Direct experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) in a logistics environment.
• Ability to manage and maintain Scrum Master task lists and responsibility tracking.
• Proven experience in assessing team performance and adapting processes.
