You will guide teams through Agile processes and implement best practices to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and implement Agile best practices to improve team performance.
• Manage Jira to ensure 100% accuracy in backlog and sprint tracking across projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify and prioritize user stories.
• Manage cross-functional teams through Agile transformation to reduce lead time.
• Manage time effectively to keep the team on schedule and meet sprint goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Expertise using Jira for backlog and sprint management.
• Experience implementing Kanban methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Agile transformation processes.
