You will guide development teams through iterative workflows and ensure accurate backlog management across multiple projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and implement Agile best practices to improve team performance.
• Manage Jira to ensure 100% accuracy in backlog and sprint tracking across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to improve user story clarity and prioritization.
• Manage cross-functional teams through Agile transformation, reducing lead time and increasing collaboration.
• Manage team time effectively to ensure sprint goals are met and schedules are maintained.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of working experience.
• Expertise in Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Proficiency in Jira and Kanban methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts is beneficial.

Preferred Skills

• Data Warehouse domain knowledge.
