Description

You will lead and coach Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile project execution for large-scale initiatives.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Support the development of in-house tools using Agile methodologies.
• Implement and maintain Software Process Quality Assurance (SPQA) and Quality Management Systems.
• Ensure continuous improvement and adoption of industry best practices while collaborating with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Background in software development and/or software testing.
• Experience with QMS development/maintenance and SPQA.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• SAFe Agilist (SA).
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
