You will facilitate agile processes and enable effective software development team functioning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead all agile ceremonies to drive project progress.
• Protect the team from outside interference and remove barriers to successful implementation.
• Maintain the product backlog and release plans to ensure clarity.
• Publish reports and dashboards to keep the Product Owner updated on team progress.
• Help the Product Owner maximize productivity through effective backlog management.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with demonstrated mastery.
• Experience managing product backlogs and agile metrics.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Rally, and Confluence.
• Strong ability to drive agile processes and ensure they are used as intended.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Ewing, NJ, USA on-site.
