Description

You will facilitate agile delivery and manage scrum team workflows to ensure consistent progress and value delivery in Faridabad, Haryana.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes to maintain team momentum.
• Train, mentor, and support scrum teams in applying agile values, principles, and practices.
• Identify and remove impediments while managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Monitor team performance and progress to drive continuous process improvements.
• Organize product demos and system testing while tracking deliverables and project financials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Practical experience with Kanban frameworks.
• Experience coordinating system testing and product demos.
• Ability to track project processes and financial metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
