You will drive consistent project delivery through the entire lifecycle, managing release plans, resource allocation, risks, and scope.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.
• Protect the team from outside interruptions and remove obstacles to maintain effectiveness.
• Manage the relationship between the team, Product Owner, and external stakeholders.
• Track and report team velocity, project progress, costs, and risks to management.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritization.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development life cycle models and customer expectation management.
• 12+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, and team building.
• 10+ years of experience working with Scrum and Kanban Agile methodologies.
• 6+ years of experience using the SAFe framework.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Project.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
• Proficiency with Jira, Team Foundation Server, Version One, Visio, and MS Office.
• Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Certification.
