Description

You will facilitate agile delivery and manage project lifecycles to ensure consistent value delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.
• Drive project delivery through resource allocation, risk management, and schedule oversight.
• Remove obstacles and protect the team from outside interruptions to maintain productivity.
• Assist the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, and maintaining healthy team relationships.
• Track and report team velocity, project progress, costs, and risks to stakeholders and management.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) models.
• 12+ years of experience in customer management and stakeholder expectation setting.
• 12+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, and team building.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• 6+ years of experience working within the SAFe framework.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Project.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Active Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
• Proficiency with Agile collaboration tools such as JIRA, Team Foundation Server, or VersionOne.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Certification.
