Description

Facilitate agile delivery and coach teams in continuous improvement and empiricism.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, demos, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Shield the team from outside distractions and interference to maintain focus.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain steady team progress.
• Track velocity, capacity planning, and burn down/up charts to improve predictability.
• Coach team members in agile practices and promote transparency in scrum artifacts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working in agile environments.
• Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban methodologies.
• Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and mentoring.
• Deep understanding of empiricism to support inspection and adaptation.
• Any Graduate degree.
