Description

You will facilitate Agile processes and remove impediments for engineering teams in an on-site capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum framework practices.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain team velocity and flow.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Information Security teams to align delivery with security requirements.
• Track and report Agile metrics to support data-driven decision making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with Information Security teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to remove impediments and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Exposure to Agentic AI or AI-enabled solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Active involvement in the Agile community and continuous learning.
• Familiarity with Kanban, Scrumban, and DevOps practices including CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development.
