Description

You will own Scrum processes, business analysis, and quality assurance for software delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive team success by taking ownership of Scrum ceremonies and project management duties.
• Design, document, and execute manual test cases to ensure software quality.
• Develop and manage requirements for systems, applications, and data.
• Facilitate requirement discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Proven experience operating as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance and manual testing.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• Strong technical writing skills for documentation.
• Working knowledge of SQL or T-SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues promptly.
