Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a professional setting.
• Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and their practical application.
• Expertise in customer experience management and translating feedback into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills to assess communication effectiveness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms to manage information flow.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
