Description

You will lead Agile ceremonies and remove impediments for cross-functional teams in the financial services domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure delivery within a fast-paced environment.
• Handle stakeholder management and communication across the organization.
• Track progress using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong experience in financial services (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, or FinTech).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe certification.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-compliance financial environments.
