Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and remove impediments to ensure smooth team execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, and sprint planning processes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Scrum practices and foster self-organization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlog priorities and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA boards for tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency with Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Strong understanding of Scrum artifacts, User stories, and Definition of Done.
• Familiarity with SDLC and automated testing concepts.
• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud and data technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, DBT, and Fivetran.
