Drive team performance and process optimization within an agile framework.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the flow of value from idea generation to release.
• Coach teams to create high-value items while reducing rework and waste.
• Promote transparency on barriers and remove impediments or seek assistance in addressing them.
• Enable teams to practice Professional Scrum and other techniques that drive agility.
• Track and report on metrics like MTTR and deployment frequency.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment.
• Hold a recognized Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SSM).
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps Boards for organizing and managing teamwork items.
• Experience coaching teams to adopt new ways of working and fostering autonomy.
• Basic understanding of infrastructure concepts (virtualization, cloud platforms, networking).
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving adoption of Agile methodologies across cross-functional organizations.
• Familiarity with ITIL 4 Certification.
• Experience working with multiple squads and Product Owners.
