Drive Agile adoption, continuous integration, and scaled frameworks for a cross-functional team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Agile methodologies, processes, and tools across the organization.
• Facilitate participation in scaled agile frameworks to improve delivery efficiency.
• Support continuous integration and delivery practices within the engineering workflow.
• Apply superior analytical and problem-solving skills to remove blockers and improve team velocity.
• Maintain effective communication channels between stakeholders and development teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other recognized Scrum certification).
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Demonstrated experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving Agile transformation in a large, cross-functional organization.
