Description

You will facilitate technology teams and manage Market Risk IT initiatives. You own the release pipeline and ensure agile practices are followed across one or more teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment for continuous improvement and high team performance.
• Manage project planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for ongoing initiatives.
• Collaborate with other project managers to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years working on financial projects.
• Deep understanding of financial instruments and yield curves.
• Expertise in writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Experience managing Jira boards, ServiceNow dashboards, and Confluence pages.
• Proficiency in Excel reporting and creating/tracking KPIs.
• Functional expertise in financial time series management.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree.
