Description

You will facilitate Agile delivery and optimize team value within a SAFe environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Business Product Owners, and Infrastructure teams to prioritize backlogs and align with organizational objectives.
• Coach teams on SAFe principles and practices to eliminate bottlenecks and improve flow.
• Collaborate with developers and operations on application monitoring, production support, change management, and software quality.
• Execute transformation objectives including cloud migration, Agile operations, DevOps, and automation.
• Track and generate metrics reports regarding Scrum completion and team performance.

Required Skills

• 8-9 years of experience within information technology.
• Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience running Scrum ceremonies and resolving impediments.
• Experience operating in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to research and analyze business, software, and infrastructure processes.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering against planned objectives.
• Strong collaboration skills with business partners and IT Infrastructure teams.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in JIRA and MS Project.
• Experience with data analytics, MS Excel, and Tableau.
• SAFe PM/PO or Scrum Master Certification.
