Description

You will facilitate Agile processes and manage project delivery for development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and status documentation.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and resolve conflicts.
• Track and report on performance metrics, including velocity and burn-down charts.
• Act as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders to align goals.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 6 years of experience in project management.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience applying Agile principles within a software development environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant project management certifications.
