Description

Facilitate Agile processes and coach team members on Scrum frameworks to maximize product value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth workflows and protect the team from external distractions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maximize product value and ensure backlog clarity.
• Encourage team collaboration, self-organization, and adherence to Agile values.
• Introduce new practices and tools to improve team efficiency and adapt processes to project needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Strong proficiency in Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience facilitating communication between development teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and ensure transparency of work through appropriate tools and channels.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 3-year tenure stability in previous roles.
