Description

You will lead cross-functional agile teams within the PMO to deliver enhancements across multiple financial services systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives while monitoring metrics.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, accruals, and invoice mapping using MS Project Server.
• Create and maintain project plans in MS Project Server to identify critical paths and resource issues.
• Partner with product owners to develop communication plans, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor deliverable progress and quality while proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT delivery management experience.
• Proven experience managing agile scrum teams.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project Server for resource planning and financial management.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with agile backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, or Polarian.
• Demonstrated experience in formal risk management techniques and change management.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile delivery training.
• PMI certification or other formal project management training.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Financial or Insurance Product industry.
