Description

You will facilitate Agile processes and manage release cycles for software development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own release management and ensure the deployment of stable releases.
• Lead Agile teams by implementing methodologies and driving core principles.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to address needs and troubleshoot issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• Adapt workflows to changing priorities within the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Hands-on experience leading Agile teams.
• Proficiency with JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
