Description

You will facilitate project delivery using Agile methodologies to drive successful software releases.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects using Scrum or Kanban methodologies to ensure consistent delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize multiple high-priority tasks.
• Drive project delivery and shipping through technical leadership and organizational oversight.
• Communicate project status and requirements effectively to management and stakeholders.
• Work autonomously to make decisions and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in technology and project management.
• Proven track record of delivering and shipping projects.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong background in project delivery or technical leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional interaction.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering digital products in Financial Services, Insurance, Technology, Logistics, or Retail.
• Experience managing large-scale B2B, B2C services, integration projects, or external vendors.
• Knowledge of e-commerce solutions, UX, and payments.
