Description

You will facilitate Agile/Scrum processes and ensure delivery stays on schedule for development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track sprint progress, manage impediments, and ensure delivery stays on schedule.
• Act as a servant leader while enforcing necessary process discipline across teams.
• Support and coordinate multiple projects concurrently as required.
• Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience managing small to large Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and associated ceremonies.
• Working knowledge of project management concepts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Green Bay, WI.
