Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
• Remove impediments to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Guide teams in adopting and improving agile principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor team progress and performance, providing improvement insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for various team sizes.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proficiency in Project Management principles.
• Expertise in Product Owners collaboration.
• Excellent conflict resolution and facilitation skills.
• Ability to coach teams through agile adoption and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with diverse team sizes and project types.
