Description

You will lead and manage Agile projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Scale Agile practices across large teams or enterprises.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and promote Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Apply knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Lean principles to enhance project efficiency.

Required Skills

• CSM or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, PSM).
• Proficiency in Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, GitLab, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Lean principles.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove impediments.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the banking and finance industry (non-retail).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
