Description

You will act as a SAFe Agile Coach and Scrum Master for B2C mobile application development.

Responsibilities

• Drive SAFe implementation and release train engineering for high-velocity mobile app teams.
• Facilitate PI planning sessions and manage agile delivery workflows.
• Coach teams on agile principles to improve B2C product development cycles.
• Manage project tracking and documentation using standard agile toolsets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile coaching.
• Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
• Hands-on experience with SAFe implementation.
• Experience with Release Train Engineering (RTE).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using SAFe boards and conducting PI planning.
• Background in B2C mobile app development environments.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
