You will lead Agile projects and manage delivery to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices.
• Scale Agile frameworks across large teams or enterprises.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments.
• Implement Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe to drive project efficiency.

Required Skills

• CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in banking and finance (non-retail).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, and GitLab.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Lean principles.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
