Description

Facilitate Agile processes and coach teams to improve delivery through the Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Scrum Team and organization on Agile practices, ceremonies, and artifacts.
• Empower the team to self-organize and make collaborative decisions.
• Work with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is defined, prioritized, and ready for planning.
• Facilitate Sprint Retrospectives to identify and implement performance improvements.
• Promote transparency and open communication across different departments.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Expertise in iterative development and user story creation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in Office Productivity Tools including Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and documentation.
• Ability to use Burndown Charts and Velocity Tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile ceremonies and cross-functional team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles.
• Experience with JIRA, SSMS, Vision, Pencil, Draw.io, Power BI, or SharePoint.
