Description

Drive Agile transformation and delivery by coaching cross-functional teams and supporting leadership in adopting Lean-Agile mindsets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices while facilitating all Agile ceremonies.
• Manage Agile roadmaps, dependencies, and program flow metrics to ensure successful delivery.
• Support Agile Release Train (ART) execution and PI planning readiness.
• Coach teams and leaders on Lean-Agile behaviors and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Agile software development as a Project or Delivery Manager.
• 5+ years of direct experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Proficiency with Agile lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Rally, ADO, or Planview.
• Proven experience implementing Agile Release Trains (ART) and PI planning.
• Ability to lead teams through organizational Agile transformations.
• Experience managing risks, impediments, and program flow metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications including SASM, ICP-ATF, PSM, or CSM.
• Familiarity with Product, UX, and DevOps disciplines.
