Lead Agile delivery teams and drive successful project execution in Hartford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum and Kanban principles.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage and track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress.
• Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Agile certification required (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong understanding of SDLC models and experience with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects using Agile frameworks.
• Ability to work across multiple cross-functional and extended teams.
• Coordinate dependencies and communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and user story development.
