Description

You will facilitate Agile delivery for a healthcare program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the backlog.
• Drive program delivery through effective Agile practices.
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Proficiency with Rally or similar PLM tools.
• Strong backlog management skills.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the healthcare domain.
