Description

You will facilitate the Agile Scrum process by coaching the team, removing impediments, and leading ceremonies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Identify and resolve obstacles slowing down the development team.
• Train and mentor the team on Scrum theory, practices, and Agile principles to foster self-organization.
• Support the Product Owner by ensuring the product backlog is well-managed and understood.
• Manage the Agile board in Azure DevOps, tracking metrics like sprint burndowns, velocity, and work planned versus completed.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master using Agile techniques (Scrum, Kanban, user stories, backlog management).
• Solid understanding of SDLC models and experience blending Agile and traditional project management principles.
• Proven track record implementing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Required Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience coordinating with extended teams including Developers, BAs, Architects, QA, and Product Owners.
• Proficiency with technical Agile Project Management tools like Azure DevOps, Rally, or Jira.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in Agile project management.
• Experience with Kanban methodologies in addition to Scrum.
