Description

You own the delivery of multiple complex projects, guiding them from ideation through implementation while fostering a collaborative team environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage resource allocation, forecasting, and tracking for Scrum team members across concurrent projects.
• Facilitate all technology delivery phases, including discovery, planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Define project scope and requirements, engaging appropriate resources to approve functionality prior to go-live.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project deliverables remain on track.
• Drive continuous improvement and high-performing team dynamics through clear communication and stakeholder management.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of related experience in project management or Scrum Master roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile at scale philosophies, specifically Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proven experience leading teams in delivering quality software with strong technical aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and milestones.
• Experience negotiating for resources and influencing stakeholders across various business segments and functional areas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Rational Team Concert (RTC).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience with familiarity in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean methodologies.
• Strong technical experience with modern Java software and tooling.
• Understanding of resource allocation, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
