Description

Lead Agile delivery for mobile applications and digital product initiatives within a complex, cross-functional organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and SAFe framework adoption.
• Drive large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between UX/UI, product, and engineering teams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and maintain strong executive presence.
• Navigate complex delivery organizations to ensure product adoption and customer experience goals.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a SAFe working environment.
• Strong Agile coaching and delivery facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting mobile applications and digital product initiatives.
• Proven track record in UX/UI collaboration and customer experience.
• Strong analytics and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Background in mobile application testing or QA processes.
