Description

You will facilitate customer value delivery by guiding two teams toward self-organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members to foster self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and remove impediments to prevent progress from being hindered.
• Collaborate with the Release Train Engineer and other Scrum Masters to maintain a high-performing environment.
• Foster a culture of constructive feedback and psychological safety.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience in Team Leader, Manager, or Coach roles.
• Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM-1) certification.
• Agile Coach or Lean certification.
• Experience with the Program Increment (PI) process, preferably within SAFe.
• Practical understanding of software development environments.
• Strong connection to agile philosophy and continuous improvement principles.
• Higher professional education or equivalent level of experience.

Preferred Skills

• HR(M) related studies.
