Description

Guide software development teams through successful product creation and delivery using Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments to progress and protect the team from external interruptions.
• Coach the team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track progress through metrics and report on team performance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Scrum Master certification.
• In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making processes.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
