You will facilitate agile processes and drive team delivery through structured coaching and metrics tracking.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members on agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain team cadence to ensure predictable delivery.
• Map workflows and processes to identify bottlenecks.
• Track and report on key performance metrics.
• Utilize TOPO techniques to support team organization and structure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Proven experience in mentoring teams.
• Expertise in establishing team cadence.
• Ability to manage and interpret delivery metrics.
• Experience with workflow mapping.
• Knowledge of TOPO methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.
