Description

Lead agile teams to ensure effective implementation of Scrum practices and methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and protect teams from external disruptions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog grooming and user story refinement.
• Track and report on team metrics such as velocity and sprint burndown.
• Mentor team members and new Scrum Masters in agile best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Expertise in Scrum frameworks.
• Proven ability to guide teams in embracing Agile principles.
• Experience driving team accountability and self-organization.
• Ability to act as a change agent to promote agile practices across an organization.
• Any Graduate degree.
