Description

You will lead Agile adoption and Jira Align implementation across IT integration and transformation initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Kanban practices.
• Lead cross-functional technology teams through M&A integrations from readiness to consolidation.
• Drive iterative planning, backlog refinement, and sprint execution for predictable delivery.
• Serve as the Agile tooling authority for Jira Align and Azure DevOps, ensuring traceability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, including at least 5 years as an Agile Coach.
• Hands-on expertise in Jira Align and Azure DevOps configuration, reporting, and analytics.
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Lean.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformations and large-scale software delivery.
• Working knowledge of product lifecycle processes and deliverables.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with senior technology leaders.
