Description

You will drive high-velocity Agile execution, enabling same-day micro-sprint delivery and rapid backlog prioritization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies optimized for speed, throughput, and quick feedback loops.
• Lead structured onboarding of automation frameworks, tools, and enterprise standards.
• Coordinate onboarding across multiple concurrent engineering teams to manage dependencies and risks.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers to accelerate adoption and reduce cycle time.
• Track and report metrics including sprint velocity, time-to-onboard, and team adoption rates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in engineering environments.
• Proven experience with high-speed Agile delivery models, including same-day or rapid sprints.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Demonstrated success scaling practices across multiple teams simultaneously.
• Ability to lead large-scale onboarding or transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
