You will facilitate delivery by applying AI to streamline workflows and enhance team alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline delivery activities, including creating low-effort AI helpers for standup summaries and backlog clarity checks.
• Analyze sprint flow data from Azure DevOps using AI insights to identify bottlenecks and present clear risk patterns to the team.
• Apply AI tools and the Community Development Framework (CDF) to improve story clarity, acceptance criteria, and dependency visibility during backlog refinement.
• Recognize and surface potential security concerns early when work involves sensitive data or elevated delivery risk.
• Continuously identify opportunities where lightweight automation can remove friction and strengthen the delivery flow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for boards, sprints, and delivery flow.
• Experience using AI tools (Copilot, M365-based AI, workflows, or automation platforms).
• Ability to interpret data and AI insights to support better team decision-making.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with M365.
• Proficiency with Automation Platforms.
