Facilitate Agile processes and coach teams toward higher maturity and self-organization.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team and organization in Agile/Scrum practices, values, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from outside distractions or interference.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team retrospectives.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and maintenance.
• Build a trusting environment focused on problem-solving and transparency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM).
• Experience working in a SAFe environment across three or more Program Increments (PIs).
• Ability to apply SAFe framework and team rules, including XP Built-In Quality and Kanban WIP limits.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and situational awareness skills.
• Knowledge of Scrum patterns including Burndown techniques and various Retrospective formats.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• Knowledge of Kanban, XP, Crystal, or FDD.
• Experience with User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing.
