Description

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software projects using agile methodologies. You will facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain team accountability. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to translate business needs into prioritized user stories. Manage project risks and issues by implementing proactive mitigation strategies and communication plans. Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report performance to stakeholders. Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization within the development team.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in software development.
• Proven expertise in Scrum principles, practices, and facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Experience coaching agile development teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in a healthcare or medical setting.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with chiropractic terminology and practices.
