Description

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software projects using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain team accountability.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to translate business needs into prioritized user stories.
• Manage project risks and issues by implementing proactive mitigation strategies and communication plans.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report performance to stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization within the development team.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in software development.
• Proven expertise in Scrum principles, practices, and facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Experience coaching agile development teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in a healthcare or medical setting.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with chiropractic terminology and practices.
