Description
You will lead Agile execution for the MarTech Data & Analytics team to drive the delivery of consumer data products, segmentation workflows, and analytics dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning events within the SAFe framework.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs and ensure high team velocity.
- Remove blockers and escalate risks to ensure delivery alignment with quarterly objectives.
- Track team performance using metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and story completion rates.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and coach squads on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, specifically within data, analytics, or digital marketing technology teams.
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align.
- Experience managing Agile delivery across MarTech platforms including CDPs and CRMs.
- Proven ability to facilitate, coach, and resolve conflicts within cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across different time zones.
- Knowledge of infrastructure layers including REST APIs and SFTP-based data movement.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Skills
- Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Familiarity with BlueConic, Salesforce, ThoughtSpot, Klaviyo, or BigQuery.
- Experience supporting technical delivery tracks for DevOps or data engineering teams.
