Good to Have Skills: Experience with Project & Portfolio Management tools like Whoville, Visual Management systems, Financial Management understanding, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Facilitate discussions within the team and with other upstream and downstream teams as needed for project coordination.
• Work with Delivery Leaders of individual projects on activities specific to their projects including resource allocation and planning.
• Provide weekly status updates to Delivery Leaders and bi-weekly updates for Demand & Capacity meetings.
• Update and manage Planview for the team including Work Items, EPICs and resource allocation tracking.
• Coach the team to follow Agile ASDM best practices and ensure proper implementation of methodologies.
• Manage updates to various Project & Portfolio Management tools including Planview, JIRA, and Whoville systems.
• Generate required reports using Planview and Power BI for management and stakeholder communication.
• Work with Program Leadership to prioritize Work Items in pipeline and manage team workload effectively.
• Manage Work Items assignments, workflow tracking and monitor team velocity for continuous improvement.
• Maintain Visual Management systems within JIRA including active dashboards and project tracking mechanisms.
• Ensure delivery of iteration and release commitments while maintaining quality standards and timelines.
• Ensure proper sizing of work items, backlog prioritization, and effective iteration planning for team success.
• Review and inspect team performance, conduct release reviews and facilitate sprint planning and retrospective sessions.
• Monitor Financial Management activities with Delivery Lead and conduct Sprint Review sessions for stakeholder sign-off.
• Ensure blockers for team are removed and actioned on priority to maintain smooth project delivery
